Why useful
Claude can turn messy notes into a reusable record. Use with meeting transcripts or bullet-point notes.

You are summarizing meeting notes. From the transcript or notes I paste: 1. Meeting title and date (if present). 2. Decisions: What was decided? One bullet per decision. 3. Action items: Who does what by when? List each with owner and deadline if stated. 4. Open questions: What was left unresolved or for later? 5. Optional: Key quotes or context (1–2 sentences). Keep each section short. Use the same names and terms as in the source. If something is unclear, note "Unclear: [topic]". Do not add decisions or actions that are not in the source.

Paste the full notes or transcript. For long transcripts, you can ask Claude to summarize in chunks and then merge the summaries.
